Nigerian Dwarf Does are some of the best goats that you can find and they have amazing abilities that you won’t find in other goats. For instance, these little Goats have an amazing ability to produce milk in astonishing quantities. Additionally, Nigerian Dwarfs can also breed more often than other types of goats. Our Nigerian Dwarf Does are a step above!
Here at Seven Gables Farm in Hardy Virginia, we strive to keep our herd a step above. Our Nigerian Dwarf does are all registered with the American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA). We are an ADGA Performance herd enrolled in DHIR Milk testing and Linear Appraisals so, our breeding program continues to strive toward being a leader in milk production (learn more here) and conformation in the goat community. Similarly, we enroll all of our Nigerian Dwarf Does, as well as the rest of our herd, in the Genetic Improvement Program through the ADGA (read more). Because we involve our goats in these programs we are able to make the best decisions for our breeding program to continue increasing our herds’ breed conformity. Above all, everything we do ensures that we know everything about our goats and where they came from, so you can purchase from us with total confidence!
